This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.54 of 2020 on the file of the respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police submits that in this case, investigation has been completed and charge sheet has already been filed.

3. In view of the completion of the investigation and filing of charge sheet, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Hence, the petitioner is at liberty to participate in the trial and raise all the points which he made in this petition and contest the case.
