Second Appeal against the Judgment and Decree of the I Additional District Judge, Salem dated 25.07.2013 in A.S. No. 76/2010 preferred against the Judgment and Decree of the Court of the I Additional Subordinate Judge, Salem dated 22.07.2010 in O.S. No. 50/1998.
DECREE: This Second Appeal coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the grounds of appeal, the Judgment and Decrees of the Lower Appellate Court and the Court of first instance and the material papers in the suit and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.Chakrapani, Advocate for the Appellant and the Respondents 1 and 2 are not appearing either in person or through an Advocate, and this Court doth order and Decree as follows:
1. that the Decree and Judgment of the I Additional District Judge, Salem dated 25.07.2013 made in A.S. No. 76/2010 confirming the Decree and Judgment of the I Additional Subordinate Judge, Salem dated 22.07.2010 made in O.S. No. 50/1998 be and hereby are confirmed and this Second Appeal is dismissed;
