ORDER

This original petition has been field to set aside the Arbitral Award dated 03.04.2014 passed by the Learned Arbitrator Mr.M.K.Kabir.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Ms.Rukmini Thiagarajan, (respondent) is one of the Director of M/s. B.G.Shirke Construction Technology Pvt. Ltd is present before this Court. As per the resolution dated 15.04.2019 to enter into a compromise, Mr.Raghavan Sudarshan Malhotra, Additional Chief Executive (petitioner) and Ms.Rukmini Thiagarajan (respondent) are present and both filed a Joint Memo of Compromise dated 08.05.2019.

3. Considering the matter has been settled, the Joint Memo of Compromise dated 08.05.2019 is taken on record. The Full and Final Settlement Receipt dated 08.05.2019 also filed by the respondent.

4. In view of the above, the Joint Memo of Compromise dated 08.05.2019 and Full and Final Settlement Receipt dated 08.05.2019 shall form form part and parcel of the order. Hence, this original petition is disposed of in terms of compromise. No costs.
