The petitioners have filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents, from in any manner interfering with the peaceful possession of the petitioners in respect of S.No.12/86B of Sholinganallur - B Village otherwise than under due process of law.
2. It is the apprehension of the petitioners that the respondents are trying to interfere with the peaceful possession in respect of their lands.
3.Mr. M. Elumalai, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, submitted that the respondents shall not interfere with the petitioners' possession of the land except under due process of law.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader may be recorded and the Writ Petition may be closed.
5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader to the effect that the respondents shall not interfere with the possession of the petitioners' land except under due process of law, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
