Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to return the sale deed of the petitioner, dated 23.03.1981, registered as Document No.539/1981, registered on the file of the Sub-Registrar Office-I, Thiruvannamalai, which was given for security in Loan Account No.6218875190, with the second respondent forthwith.

ORDER
The petitioner filed this Writ Petition for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to return the Sale Deed, dated 23.03.1981, which was given as collateral security by the petitioner for sanctioning loan.
2. When this Writ Petition is taken up for consideration, learned counsel appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the Sale Deed would be returned to the petitioner, provided he appears along with his mother, before the second respondent and sign the necessary documents.
3. The petitioner is directed to approach the second respondent along with his mother, for the purpose of signing the relevant documents/Registers. The respondents are directed to return the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
original Sale Deed, dated 23.03.1981 to the petitioner immediately thereafter.
4. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
