2. The learned Government Advocate submits that appropriate orders will be passed in the light of the decisions rendered in W.P. (MD).No.1234 of 2014 dated 24.02.2015 in W.A.(MD).No.931 of 2018 dated 12.07.2018 and in Special Leave Petition SLP.No.323 of 2019 dated 18.01.2019.

Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate for the respondents, this writ petition is disposed by directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in the light of the aforesaid decisions of this Courts within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
