ORDER

The prayer made in this writ petition is to issue a direction to the second respondent to implement G.O.Ms.No.20, Backward Classes, Most Backward Classes and Minorities Welfare Department dated 02.03.2009.

2.Upon notice, the respondents filed a detailed counter affidavit, wherein in paragraph 6, it is specifically averred as follows:

"6. It is submitted that the petitioner filed a writ petition directing the second respondent to implement the G.O.(Ms)No.20, Backward Classes, Most Backward Classes and Minorities Welfare Department, dated 02.03.2009, the said G.O. was implemented by the Government and constituted the Tamil Nadu Vanniyakula Kshatriya Public Charitable Trusts and endowments Board and the same is functioning till today continuously. Hence, the prayer of the writ petitioner has already been complied. Therefore, writ petition is liable to be dismissed."

3.In view of the averments so made in the counter affidavit filed by the respondents, this court is of the opinion that no further order needs to be passed in this writ petition, except recording the same. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
