O R D E R

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by G.R.SWAMINATHAN,J.) The petitioner's husband is an under-trial prisoner in Central Prison, Puzhal in connection with Crime No.244/2025 on the file of the 3rd respondent. The petitioner states that her husband is having cardiac related ailments. The petitioner wants to treat her husband at G.J.Hospital, Pattabiram, Chennai. Since her request was not considered, this Writ Petition came to be filed.

2. The petitioner cannot insist that the under-trial prisoner should be treated in a particular Hospital. She has no such legal right.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would inform the Court that the petitioner's husband would be properly examined and depending on his need, necessary treatment would be given in Government Stanley Hospital, Chennai.

4. Recording the stand of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. (G.R.S., J.)
