Heard Mr.S.Sridhar, Party-in-person, Mr.T.C.Gopalakrishnan, learned Standing counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.N.Ramesh, learned Standing counsel for the third respondent and perused the materials available on record.

2.This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 8.5.2018, for re-laying the road at Ramasamy https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Street, Gopalapuram, Chennai -600 086 and further direct the third respondent to provide water supply.

3.The learned Standing counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the entire work of re-laying the road at Ramasamy Street, Gopalapuram, Chennai - 600 086, has already been completed. Thereafter, the third respondent has provided water connection through new pipe lines to the petitioner and the other residents.

4. In the light of the above submissions, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
