By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to survey the petitioner's lands comprised in Survey Nos.117/7E and 117/11D situated at Melvanakampadi Village, Chengam Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 11.04.2024. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

The grievance of the petitioner is that he has given representation dated 11.04.2024 to survey the property in Survey Nos.117/7E and 117/11D situated at situated at Melvanakampadi Village, Chengam Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District. However, the same has not been considered by the respondents.

Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.04.2024 and pass appropriate orders, for survey of the property, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
