It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the first petitioner died as early as in 2014. Till date, no steps have been taken by the petitioners to bring the LRs on record for the deceased first petitioner. It can now be inferred that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting this revision petition. 2.Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
