2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matters have been amicably settled between the parties and filed compromise memos dated 21.11.2022 to that effect.
3.In view of the Comprise Memos entered between the parties, both the Writ Petitions are dismissed as settled out of the Court. The above Compromise Memos shall form part and parcel of the order.
