O R D E R

The petitioner was suspended from service on account of his involvement in a criminal case registered by the Vigilance and Anticorruption Department. The criminal case is now taken on file in C.C.No.16 of 2010 on the file of Chief Judicial Magistrate cum Special Judge, Coimbatore. The petitioner is due to retire on 31.03.2015. The petitioner therefore wanted the third respondent to review the order of suspension.

2. The third respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 30.04.2014, on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed on or before 30.03.2015.

3. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
