It is seen from the letter dated 18.07.2025 addressed by Dr.P.Senthilkumar, I.A.S., Principal Secretary to Government, Health and Family Welfare (A1) Department that the Government has taken a decision to implement the orders of the writ Court dated 14.03.2025 directing the petitioner to be included in the panel for the post of Dean in the Government Medical Colleges, placing her in appropriate position in the panel year 2024-2025. It is also stated that the directions issued by the learned single Judge will be complied with within a period of three moths time.
