2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the first respondent and learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered by impleading the petitioner as 3rd respondent in Crl.O.P.No.22954 of 2019 and Miscellaneous Petition.
