Original Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant an order of ad-interim injunction restraining the 1st respondent / plaintiff his men, agents or any other person claiming under him from altering the physical features of the suit property or leasing it till the disposal of the suit in CS.No.570/06, which was filed for decree and Judgment against the defendants (a)declaring that the sale deed bearing dt.01.9.2003 documents No.2062 of 2003, S.R.O. Ashok Nagar, inrespect of the plaint schedule property, executed by the first defendant company in favour of the 2nd & 3rd defendant is sham viz, illegal, invalid & inoperative (b)resraining the defendant, by putectual injunction from in any manner interfering with the peaceful possession, enjoyment of the plaint schedule property by the plaintiff (c)directing the defendants to pay the costs of this suit.
