This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11065 of 2023 dated 11.05.2023, passed by this Court, that the petitioner shall stay at Trichy and report before the Inspector of Police, Trichy Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m, until further orders and also report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Erode, on all hearing dates without fail, until further orders.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the final report has been filed and the case has been taken up for trial in P.R.C..No.17 of 2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Erode and the same was now committed for trial to the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Erode and the case now stands posted on 03.07.2023.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos.11065 of 2023 dated 11.05.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge on 03.07.2023 at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned Judicial Magistrate.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
