ORDER

The grievance of the petitioner is that though the incident is serious in nature, the investigation officer https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

has not properly gone into the same and has implicated the accused for very minor offences under Sections 294 (b), 324 and 506(2) of IPC. In view of this, the petitioner herein seeks for transfer of investigation. 2.Today, when the matter was called, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the original Investigation Officer has now been transferred and new Investigation Officer has taken his place. Pursuant to further investigation conducted, an offence under Section 326 of IPC has also been inserted in the FIR and that the investigation is proceeding in the right path.

3.In view of these developments, the petitioner herein may not have any further grievances.

4.In the light of the above observations, this Criminal original petition stands closed with the direction to the 2nd respondent herein to complete the investigation in Crime No.59 of 2019, as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
