Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining orders of the second respondent in Na.Ka.1048/2020/A2 dated 23/10/2020 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 & 2 to grant house site Patta in favour of the petitioner in respect of Grama Natham land in SF.No.263/6 of Deviakurichi Village, Attur Taluk, Salem District.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that without prejudice to the contention of the petitioner to seek appropriate remedies to establish his entitlement to get assignment, he may be permitted to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to pursue such remedies open to him in law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
