ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- (The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 341, 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.570 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused persons has teased the defacto complainant's daughter whenever she was going outside, when the same was questioned and objected by the defacto complainant, the petitioner along with other accused joined together and trespassed into the defacto complainant's house and abused him and his family members and also attacked them with knife. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any such offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Infact, already co-accused was enlarged on bail by the Sessions Court. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner is a habitual offender and apart from that there are two previous cases pending against them, out of which, one is filed under Section 307 of IPC and the another one is filed under NDPS Act.

5. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and also considering the fact that there are two previous cases pending against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
