ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by V.SIVAGNANAM, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the petitioner's daughter R.Buvaneshwari, aged 21 years, before this Court and hand over to the petitioner.

It is the case of the petitioner that her daughter R.Buvaneshwari, aged about 21 years, studying LLB in Government Law College, Trichy, has been abducted by the third respondent and that the police are not taking effective steps to secure her. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Today, Mr.M.Chozhan, Special Sub-Inspector of Police, Poompuhar Police Station, Nagapattinam District, is present. 4.

The third respondent entered appearance through Mr.A.Raja Mohamed, Advocate and produced R.Buvaneshwari. 5.

When enquired by us, Buvaneshwari stated that her date of birth is 13.02.1999 and she is studying III year Law in Government Law College, Trichy; she was in love with the third respondent; as they belonged to different communities, her parents have not agreed for their marriage and so, she went with him and got married on 21.08.2020.
