This Court in W.M.P.No.9644 of 2024 has granted extension of leave to the petitioner's father for a period of 90 days i.e. from 30.03.2024 to 27.06.2024 and directed the learned Additional Public Prosecutor to get a status report from the Probation Officer regarding the health condition of the petitioner's father and posted the matter after eight weeks.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the medical condition of the petitioner's father is yet to be improved and he is still bed ridden.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced a report of the Probation Officer, which states that the medical condition of the petitioner's father is severe than before and he is completely bed ridden. M.S.RAMESH, J.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as in view of the report of the Probation Officer, the leave earlier granted by this Court in its earlier order dated 28.03.2024 in W.M.P.Nos.9644 in W.P.No.24197 of 2023, stands extended for a further period of ninety (90) days in W.M.P.No.18450 of 2024, commencing from 28.06.2024 to 25.09.2024. It is made clear that the other conditions imposed in the earlier order dated 14.09.2023, shall remain unaltered and to be followed scrupulously.
5. Accordingly, W.M.P.No.18450 of 2024 in W.P.No.24197 of 2023, stands allowed.
