ORDER
This criminal miscellaneous petition, filed to amend the offences under "Sections 77,78(2), 351(2) of BNS Act and Sections 11(i)(ii)(iv), r/w 12 of POCSO Act and Section 67 of I.T.Act" instead of offences under "Sections 77,78(2), 351(2) of BNS Act and Sections 11(i)(ii)(iv), r/w 12 of POCSO Act" in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10442 of 2026 dated 28.04.2026, is ordered accordingly.
