The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 406, 420 r/w 506(1), 120(B), 294(b) of IPC, in Crime No.301 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petitioners have already been arrested and remanded to judicial custody. 3.Recording the above submission so made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
