At the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner, today this matter has been posted under the caption "for being mentioned".

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that while disposing of the petition in Crl.OP.No.17732 of 2022 dated 10.08.2022 by this Court, due to inadvertence, the offence under Section 4 of Women Harassment Act has not been mentioned in the order copy. Hence, he requested to issue a fresh order copy mentioning the same.

3. Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. In view of the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is ordered that in the first paragraph of the order passed in Crl.OP.No.17732 of 2022 dated 10.08.2022, the following section shall be included: "Section 4 of Women Harassment Act"

5. Accordingly, the Registry is directed to issue a fresh order copy in Crl.OP.No.17732 of 2022 dated 10.08.2022 after making necessary corrections. Further, the time to execute sureties in Crl.OP.No.17732 of 2022 dated 10.08.2022 is extended for a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
