ORDER

The writ petition has been filed seeking a relief to complete the disciplinary proceedings pending against the petitioner pursuant to the Charge Memorandum dated 23.09.2019.

2. When the matter came up for admission, Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents would submit that the respondents would complete the same at an earlier date as may be directed by this Court.

3. In view thereof, this Writ Petition is disposed of on the following terms:- (i) The respondents are directed to complete the disciplinary enquiry pursuant to the Charge Memorandum Page No. 2 of 4

dated 23.09.2019 as expeditiously as possible, in any event not later than eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

(ii) No costs.
