O R D E R

The petitioner is presently working as B.T. Assistant. The petitioner was not given incentive increment in spite of passing M.Sc., degree in Mathematics.

The petitioner submitted a representation on 06.12.2014 to the second respondent. The second respondent is now seized of the matter.

2. The second respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner on 06.12.2014, on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
