O R D E R

The present Review Application has been filed with reference to the order dated 05.04.2023 passed in WP No.5606 of 2023.

2. The learned counsel for the review petitioner mainly contended that the real reason for demolition of the petitioner's shop allotted by the Resolution by the Municipality has not been disclosed before this Court.

3. In this regard, the respondent have also not filed any counteraffidavit. Thus the present Review Application is to be considered.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of the respondents raised an objection by stating that the respondents will allot space for running Avin Parlour, but the license will be granted by the Avin Administration through public auction.

5. Therefore, the respondents are no way connected with the

public auction to be conducted by the Avin Administration for the purpose of grant of license to run Avin Parlour inside the Government premises.

6. In the present case, this Court considered those facts and the petitioner was not allotted by following the procedures as contemplated. He was evicted and the illegally constructed building was also demolished.

7. This being the factum, the petitioner is not made out any ground to review the order and since there is no error apparent on the record. 8.Accordingly, the present Review Application stands dismissed.
