This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 220 days in filing the above Second Appeal.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that he has no serious objection.

3.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay of 220 days is condoned. Hence, this petition is ordered as prayed for.

4. Registry is directed to number the Second Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and the list the same in due course and print the name of the learned counsel at the time of admission.
