This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking for a suitable direction to the District Additional Munsif Judge Court, Poonamalee to dispose O.S.No.212 of 2013 at the earliest possible by fixing time frame.

2. When the case was listed on 15.02.2022, there was no representation made on the side of the petitioner and this Court, passed an order directing the Registry to list the matter on 22.02.2022, under the caption "for dismissal". The learned counsel for the first respondent is present.

3. Even today, i.e.22.02.2022, when the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared for the petitioner. Thus, it is evident that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition in C.R.P.(PD).No.3100 of 2014 stands Dismissed for non-prosecution. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
