Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b) and 506 (ii) IPC in Crime No.1022 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, the petitioners have come forward with this petition seeking anticipatory bail. 2.

The case of the prosecution is that due to wordy quarrel, the petitioners are alleged to have attacked the defacto complainant. Hence, a case had been registered.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners were already granted anticipatory bail on 25.09.2014 and now, he seeks extension of time to comply with the order.

4. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that petition is not maintainable.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and taking note of the fact that anticipatory bail has already been granted on 25.09.2014 and further extension of time cannot be granted and that, petition is not maintainable, this petition is dismissed. 01.09.2016 gv
