ORDER

This writ petition is filed for forbearing the third respondent to acquire the petitioner property in Survey No.64/24, Patta No.622, in Neelangarai Village, without following due process of law under the Land Acquisition Act, 1894.

Heard Mr.K.Natarajan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Muthusamy, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

The third respondent filed counter and revealed that the neighbour's land only comes under the acquisition and the subject land is not under the acquisition and therefore, the petitioner was not issued any notice.
