The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 351, 115, 117 of BNS, 2023 & Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 and Section 4 of Tamilnadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 1998 in Crime No.Not Known of 2025, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police, on instructions submitted that compromise arrived at between the petitioners and the defacto complainant and the issues between them are settled and closed the petition.
