This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking directions to respondents 1, 2 and 4 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.12.2017 and to pay the entire CPS amount, after crediting missing amounts stated in the affidavit in Regulars, arrears, missing entries, government

contributions and accrued interest, along with interest for the delayed payment, up to date, within a stipulated time. Brief facts:-

2. The petitioner, while working as Junior Assistant in the Town Panchayat Department, retired from service on 30.04.2014. After retirement, she made representations to the authorities to credit her missing credits of arrears amount, regular amounts, Government Contributions and accrued interest in CPS amount and to pay the same at the earliest. She also sent reminders to the authorities and she claims interest for the belated payments. However, there is no reply from the respondents. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking the aforesaid relief.

3. Mr. A.N.Thambidurai, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

5. In view of the limited relief sought for, without dwelling into the merits of the matter, this Court directs the respondents to consider the representation dated 27.12.2017, filed by the petitioner and to pass orders thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
