Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of ARULRAJ V.J., Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- The prayer sought in the main petition and the direction petition are one and the same. Hence, the direction petition cannot be considered by this Court. Accordingly, the writ miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
