Respondents Prayer: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent to disburse the already allotted rice or in the alternative, equivalent cash component vide "Sampoorna Grameen Rozagar Yojana"(SGRY) scheme to the petitioner which was acknowledged vide proceedings of the fourth respondent in Na.Ka.No.A3/10/2011 dated 09.06.2011.
