By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for disposal.

2. The petitioner made a representation on 04.08.2014 stating that an enquiry will have to be made by respondent No.3 and thereafter, appropriate steps are required to be taken to construct houses for the residence of petitioner's colony as against others. Seeking early disposal of the representation, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Taking into consideration of the pendency of the representation dated 04.08.2014 with respondent No.3, a direction is issued to the said authority to pass appropriate orders on the same, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till such time, the interim order already granted by this Court dated 20.04.2015, shall continue.
