ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents 1 to 6 to take necessary action in the light of the provision under Section 144 of the Panchayat Act, 1994 on the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 01.06.2019.

2. A perusal of the counter and the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader reveals that on receipt of the representation from the petitioner, the respondents visited to Kaboor Bai Street and inspected the same. It is found that the drainage water overflows from one Sivagami's house into the street. On the day itself, the hole was closed and the allegations made by the petitioner were rectified. Now, there is no overflow of drainage water in the street and no hindrance to the public.

3. Recording the said submission, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
