Respondent Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records which culminated in issuing the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.13707/Nir.6(1)/2012 dated 03.07.2014 on the file of the respondent, and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to regularize the service of the petitioner in time scale of pay from the date of his initial appointment namely 22.11.1995 with all consequential benefits within a specified period.

Mrs.V. Yamuna Devi, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent represented that the petitioner had filed this writ petition seeking regularization, however, the petitioner voluntarily left the service of the respondent by submitting a letter dated 11.10.2019 to the respondent. Hence, the petitioner left the service on the said date itself and he is no longer in service. Accepting the request of the petitioner, the respondent has passed an order on 31.01.2020 relieving the petitioner from service.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also does not dispute the same.
