2. Today, when this Civil Revision Petition is came up for hearing, both counsel appearing for the petitioner and the respondent are present. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent made a submission that the petitioner has already vacated the house under dispute. He has further stated that nothing survives in keeping this Civil Revision petition further more. The submission made by the learned counsel is recorded.
