2.Pursuant to the statutory notice ordered on 07.07.2023, the respondent/ contemnor, appeared before this Court today (04.08.2023). The further appearance of the respondent/ contemnor is dispensed with.

3.This Court vide order dated 10.11.2022 made in W.P.No. 29756 of 2022 issued direction to the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation within a time frame. 4.It is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 10.11.2022 made in W.P.No.29756 of 2022, appropriate orders were passed by the respondent on 01.08.2023. 5.In view of the above, there is no willful disobedience and this Contempt Petition is closed.
