ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1and 2 to not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. According to the petitioner, at the instance of the third respondent, the second respondent police is harassing the petitioner.

3. The second respondent police is directed to issue summons to the petitioner as well as the third respondent and to fix a date for enquiry and after giving an opportunity of hearing to both the parties, and dispose of the same, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
