This petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition imposed in paragraph No.6 (i.e.) shall deposit 30% of the cheque amount jointly to the credit of C.C.No.1425 of 2016 on the file of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court at Magistrate Level-V, Saidapet, Chennai in the order dated 06.06.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.7782 of 2024 in Crl.R.C.No.911 of 2024.

2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he is not pressing this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition and he has also made and endorsement to that effect.

3. In the light of the same, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as not pressed. However, a further period of four (4) weeks is granted to the petitioners to comply with the conditions imposed in the order dated 06.06.2024 passed by this Court.
