Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order dated 05.02.2015 in Na.Ka.No.A-2/455/2014 passed by the first respondent and quash the same and consequently forbearing the respondents from in any manner holding the proceedings under Section 205 of the Tamil Nadu Panchayats Act in pursuance of the said impugned proceedings.
