Comprised in old survey no.2and new S.No.2/1B2 in Anakaputhur Village, Balaji Nagar, Natarajan Street, Tambaram Taluk, Kancheepuram District within a time frame.

ORDER

Heard Mr.S.Prasath, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Gunasekaran, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. With the consent of either side, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.

2. The petitioner seeks for a direction upon the respondent to measure his property by considering his representation. The petitioner would state that though he is in possession of the requisite documents including patta in his name, the petitioner is not able to identify the four boundaries and therefore, he requested https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

for survey and in this regard the representation is pending before the 1st respondent.

3. In the light of the above, without going into the merits of the petitioner's claim, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 31.01.2015, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner and neighbouring land owners.

4. With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
