O R D E R
It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the petitioner has been granted parole by the Government, and hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle today.
2. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel coupled with the endorsement, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
