vsi2 petitioner. Further, it is seen from the earlier proceedings that the petitioner had not taken any steps to bring on record the Legal Heirs for the deceased 1st respondent. The petitioner has reported the death of the 1st respondent during the hearing dated 28.8.2014. Since, no steps have been taken to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased 1st respondent, the instant Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
