C.M.P.Nos.15004, 15005 & 15006 of 2021 C.M.P.Nos.15004, 15005 & 15006 of 2021 in S.A.No.1136 of 2007 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., C.M.P.No.15004 of 2021 has been filed to condone the delay of 534 days in setting aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first respondent, Rajendiran in the above Second Appeal.

2. C.M.P.No.15005 of 2021 has been filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased first respondent, Rajendiran, 1) R.Elumalai, 2) Kannagi 3) R.Varadhan and 4) R.Selvam, as respondents 14 to 17 in the above Second Appeal.

3. C.M.P.No.15006 of 2021 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of first respondent, Rajendiran in the above Second Appeal.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 14 to 17.

5. Mrs.V.Srimathi, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 14 to 17 submitted that she has no objection for ordering these petitions.

6. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, in C.M.P.Nos.15004, 15005 & 15006 of 2021 are ordered. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in S.A.No.1136 of 2007 and post the Second Appeal on 17.11.2022 for hearing.
