O R D E R

This petition is filed to punish the respondent for disobeying the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.2124 of 2023, dated 27.01.2023.

2.When the matter is taken up today, it is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that in pursuance to the directions given by this Court on 27.01.2023, in W.P.No.2124 of 2023, FIR in crime No.1303 of 2023 was registered by the Ambattur Police Station for the offences under Section 498 (A) IPC, on the basis of the complaint given by Sofia Sultana on 27.01.2023. It is also informed that the FIR is now pending before the All Women Police Station, Ambattur for further investigation.

3.In the said circumstances, this Court finds that there is no need to pass any order in this petition. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed.
