ORDER

Heard Mr.T.Sampathkumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Gunasekaran, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents.

2. The petitioner seeks for the issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to measure the boundaries of the petitioner's property at S.No.13, New No.13/2 in Korattur Village, Ambattur Taluk, Thiruvallur District as per the revenue records available with them.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that inspite of the petitioner possessing all the requisite documents, he is unable to identify the boundaries of his property https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and therefore, requested the Taluk Surveyor to survey and measure the same. In this regard, he has also remitted the necessary charges on 16.02.2015. However, till date no order has been passed. Hence, the present writ petition.

4. On a perusal of the typed set of papers filed along with the writ petition, it is seen that the petitioner has not enclosed the patta issued in his favour or in favour of his vendor so as to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation.

5. In the light of the above, there will be a direction to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the respondents enclosing a copy of this order along with the patta issued either in his name or in the name of his vendor. On receipt of such representation, with the patta the respondents shall consider the same in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the neighbouring land owners and dispose of the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation, as directed.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
